How it works
Selling a Q5 privately takes time. With us it is four clear steps, with no fees.
1. Ask for a valuation
Fill in the valuation form, call us on 0800 051 7633, or send the registration, mileage and a few photos on WhatsApp. Photos of the dashboard with the engine running, the interior and all four wheels help us make an accurate offer first time.
2. Get your offer, held for 7 days
We come back to you with a price. There is no pressure to accept on the spot: your offer is held for seven days while you think it over.
3. Free collection anywhere in the UK
Once you are happy, we agree a time to collect the Q5 from your home, workplace or business premises. Collection within the UK is free, and we can also collect from mainland Europe. Non-runners and cars with no MOT are collected on a recovery truck.
4. Same-day payment
We check the Q5 matches the description and the paperwork is in order, and you are paid the same day by bank transfer (or cash) while our driver is with you. We will never ask you to release your Q5 until you are completely happy and the money is in your account. No fees are deducted.
